Cannot bounce selection

Hi Guys,
I am trying to bounce a selection within one track but PT will only bounce the whole track and not the selected part. I've bounced selection before but now it's not working. I'm at a loss.
I bounce offline but also tried it with this box unchecked.
Appreciate any help.

Thanks but I have done that but it selects an area different to the selection I made on the track.

Linking Timeline and Edit Selection might help, depending on what the problem is. Can't hurt to try it.
