ProTools 11 Trial version on Mac Mini

I have a Mac Mini, and the Interface I am using is a simple M-Audio dual mono channel interface.I cannot see my input signal in ProTools, but in the Sound Configuration of Mac Mini, I can find the level of my audio input. I need a startup guidance.
