Default MIDI beat clock latency issue!!

Im using protools Mpowered 7.3.1 with projectmix I/O as my clock master for sending MIDI clock messages to my arranger keyboard.

protools communicates with the keyboard but they dont sync with each other (keyboard starts after protools)

tried the MIDI offset option and changed some values but no apparent effect was noticed, the issue is still there!!

anybody knows how to fix this please reply!
