What plug-in are you talking about? Without a physical talkbox tube to put in your mouth I'm not really sure how any plug-in would be able to emulate the real thing unless it used some sort of auto-wah effect, and I would imagine that it would sound pretty bad if that's the case.

An actual talkbox isn't very expensive, cheaper than most plug-ins actually, I'd stick with the real thing.

PT8 has a new AIR talkbox plugin. I only played with it for a few seconds and found it inteesting, but I doubt you can really control it in the way that the real thing works. My best advice is to use it for what it does and not expect it to take the place of the real thing.

you can actually do pretty well if you automate the sensitivity and vowel sounds... (a little time consuming though)

Some folks are a little down on the talkbox plugin. It would be great to buy a real talkbox but I was pleased with the resuts when using some automation on the vowels as CFB25 said.

Aaron - that tune is cool...I dig it.

Talkbox effect is close - good for a plug without a tube, and at the very least - it's a really interesting sound in the song...nice work man.
