Upgrade plan renewal query

I bought PT during the window in 2014 when they were giving you the free Upgrade & Support Plan through to 2016... the end date of my plan is 31 March 2016, so it's coming up soon.

Just want to clarify something on Avid's page about PT licensing (https://www.avid.com/US/products/Pro...ware/licensing) - if renew before that date, the upgrade plan is $99, but it's $299 to "reactivate" if I let it lapse before I renew?

That is correct, assuming you're not running HD. HD is $399 to renew, $999 for reinstatement.

Cool thanks for that... just renewed, my avid.com account reflects the new end date (31 March 2017) but I haven't seen any new asset delivered to my ilok account yet, what's the usual turnaround time for that?

your plan was to going to expire in 31 March 2016 and you renewed it yesterday and now it's going to expire 31 March 2017?is it right?
So i assume that when you renew it days before, it doesn't "steal" you days..

Yep that's right, the old expiry date was 31 March 2016 and now it's 31 March 2017 in my avid.com account but I still haven't got an ilok asset which reflects the new expiry date.
