Default S6L documentation and Avid website frustrations

Just some feedback for the Avid guys (Ryan and Valentyn) to pass on to your web folks. When I saw that Venue software had been updated to 6.0.2, I wanted to go and see what the changes were. After about 10 minutes of hunting on the Avid site, it seems that since I don't own an S6L myself, I can't see any documentation about the update.
This isn't the first time I've had a lot of trouble finding documentation on updates. In general, the website makes it very difficult to find info about updates or various manuals and PDFs. It seems to take an inordinate amount of time and clicks to search and dig up what I'm after. Someone in IT seems to have an unorthodox idea of how people want to navigate a site.
