not opening

downloaded 2020.3 uninstalled 2019.12, installed .3 purple window opens no writing 5 secs later disappears. ilok and sync up to date, get message authorizing in ilok cloud, tried installing with avid link same thing, in avid link it says activated. help.

i7 -2600 CPU @ 3.40 Ghz
16 GIG ram
windows 10 pro 64 bit
rme ufx
