Default Eu vat

I have 4 PT licences and the Avid support told me that I have to ask for a VAT refound every month because I don't pay upfront for one year.
REALLY? 4 times a month a support ticket? Because the system doesn't deduce the VAT upfront. The bill is coming from Digital River/Ireland. It should be automatically corrected.

With every other brand I have an "account with VAT number" it's automatically deduced.

It’s not just Avid. Apple won’t subtract the VAT or even give you a VAT receipt on Logic and FCP.
