Looks beautiful (GUI) and love the "500" rack idea as a plugin. Steven said that there are 4 plugins (2 EQ and 2 Comp) in this first release but the Rack can hold 8 instances so if I understood him correctly there might be atleast 4 more plugins coming later on as add-ons and I want this WMR now plz

I dont think Slate Plugs will exceed 300 bucks... But I dont work for Slate Digital.

I predict a 199 USD price tag. Low threshold. Get us hooked, then sell addons every now and then, so that before we realise it, we have paid 400 over 6 months. But I don't work for Slate Digital.
Good thing it is coming soon. That gives us at least a year before we have to part with any cash.  The idea itself is just perfect. I use McDsp 6030 and 6020 extensively. Not having to switch windows to get from eq to comp, for instance would be welcome. Plus the ability to quickly swap the signal path too. Like.
