Digi 002 not connecting to computer
Hello, My digi 002 just stopped connecting to the computer. It will turn on fine, but 3 different computers cannot recognize it. I dont believe its the power harness problem becuase its not flicking lights on and off and/or making a clicking sound. Ive also tried several different friewire cables. Is it possible for the firewire port on the 002 can fry? If so how can i fix this? Thanks.

It can fry and I have seen it done. Its a repair for a Digi-authorized repair station as they will likely swap out the PC board with the firewire ports. That board retails for around $300 so maybe its time to look into a new 003R?
