How do I cancel a subscription?
I have an educational subscription to Pro Tools but I just purchased a perpetual license and Avid is still charging my account for the old subscription. I turned off auto-renew some time ago assuming that would stop the payments. Avid just took another payment from my account.
How do I remove the educational subscription product from my master account so that all that remains is the perpetual license?
