computer freezes everytime I close a session???

Hello..........does anyone have any suggestions as to why the computer I'm using, freezes everytime I go to close a session? OS 9.2 Pro Tools Mix 5.1.3 ....using SCSI drives with ATTO 2.8.2.....bus 1 and 2 sync rates are 20/10---burst rate is 32 bytes---timeout = 250ms-----drive sync rate = 80/40----sync offset = 31 and I/O segment = 64k......computer is Mac G4 466 with 1 gig of RAM....all computer preferences are set according to Digi suggestion.......Hardware Buffer set to 1024 samples.......CPU usage set to 70%.......DAE 5.1.3 Digi INIT 5.1.1..thanks for any help or suggestions.......................also......I did trash the DAE pref folder, DIG SET UP pref and PT PREF....problem still persists............

Hi,

this is a well-known bug. It happens to us from time to time. Re-installing fresh DAE and ProTools app. seems to help for a while.
Also, removing our Aurora seemed to make this go away for a longer... try removing your SCSI card and running files from internal ATA...

Thanks Koko..............sounds like you're saying that it's a ProTools bug and not a Mac problem.........been running an OS 9 Mix system for about 4 years and this is the first time I've encountered this problem......will try working with the internal drive for a while and see how it goes.
