Avid IO interface trim replacement

Hi everyone, I have one of my trims in the Avid IO interface that does not work, when I turn it up to calibrate the channel to -18 it does not respond.


I would like to know wich is the right model to substitute it.

Hi there,

I wasn't able to see your account where your I/O was registered. Can you PM or Email me the Email you registered your I/O on and your I/O's serial number so we can check on this?
Have you also tried checking with https://avidtech.my.salesforce-sites...roduct-Repairs for replacement parts?

I've bought it second hand, I did not registered it. I also have 3 192 connected toghether with the IO, I'm using Pro tools ultimate hdx.
I've also called the phone number of the Italian repair but they only repair icon.
I only need the exact model, I can change the trim with my tech, is not difficult.
