Default HD Native PCI & HD Omni with Pro Tools Artist

Hello,
I have a HD Native PCI card that I don't use anymore (went Dante only with my MTRX Studio)
Can my friend use it on another computer with HD Omni and Pro Tools Artist subscription? Or it requires Ultimate subscription to run HD?
Thank you!

Pro Tools Ultimate is required to use HDX or HD Native with Pro Tools. The HD Native and Omni could be used with a different DAW (Logic, S1, Reaper, etc.) but not with any Pro Tools other than Ultimate.
