Replacement license needed for Lost iLok
Hello there
we are having a nightmare since last week have a look what we did so far, after we lost the ILok 1. we filed the RMA case and provided you the Number 2. we bought new Ilok from market and registered the Ilok in a new Ilok ID. 3. we requested Avid to transfer the license to the new Ilok with its new ID. 4. they asked us to buy ASC one time service by telephone call. 5. after little argument we went ahead and paid 40 US$ for one time access code. 6. we try to call using the ASC but it was Saturday we got no response, which we figured out when nobody attended the call even being held for 30 minutes listening the same message that " one of our representative will be with you shortly " 7. on monday we again trying to call in working hour , but when we enter the same un used ASC code we get response that code no longer valid , though it is there in our product list in the avid account shows as bought product. 8. since its a new ilok we thought we can use the demo version for the time being we downloaded but the demo version is giving us hard time about the buffer size which we did increase to its last but same problem. now we have no idea what to do, we bought new protools bundle , ILok, we also bought the ASC service Code but still we can't work, i wish i would have spent that 40 to buy cubase rather than buying the service code. |

I found your support case and it shows you were informed about the Lost iLok process on 11/3 but just responded today with your iLok RMA #. The replacement license bundle was deposited this morning when your RMA # was provided. Looks like you have activated and should be up and running, but please reply to your support case if additional assistance is needed.
