Default virus vocoder

Hi,
Has anyone tried the virus vocoder yet? I have a littke problem using it, seem to lose the original 'words' sung by singer.
Any better way of using it?
Thanks.

Default Re: virus vocoder

I posted a similar question a month or so ago, plus asked the Virus guy at Digiworld in NYC about it, but no one had any answers.

When I use the Virus vocoder, a lot of the patches sound really distorted (not in a good way) and generally crappy, and not at all like their patch names make them sound.

Anyone have any tips? Digi tech support? Anyone? Bueller...?
