Change Shipping/Billing info in Avid Master Account

Hi I am trying to change my account billing/shipping information so that I may redeem new software, but it says I can't change info with active subscriptions.
Ideally I would like to not have to cancel my current subscription to do so, but it also seems there is no way to cancel it anyway.
Do I really have to wait for my subscription to run out so I can add my address state, to redeem new software?
I'm very frustrated at this point as I've had the problem for weeks, and have found Avid Support to be less than helpful, if anything simply misleading.
If anyone can help that'd be AWESOME
