Secrets of the Show/Hide tracks list

Are there any Secrets of the Show/Hide tracks list? Other then just turning tracks veiw on and off?

Yeah...if you double click the arrow instead of the single click, the edit window will display naked women...full nudity !! Enjoy.

some had one trick where if you are mixing an edit group and don't want to move one channel if you hide the track it gets lef out of the group

Not too many undocumented tricks in Pro Tools... but Control clicking on a track in the Show/Hide list is useful for bringing a track into focus.

IT is also important to know when a track is being edited and when it is not.
For example if you hide a track that is part of a group, and then edit that group, you have not edited the hidden track. This can get really messy with drums and such.
