Strange files created in the DAE Prefs folder...

Strange files created in the DAE Prefs folder...

While testing my system for 9019 and 9073 errors I trashed the DigiSetup file and restarted ProTools. I noticed many strange files were created in the DAE Prefs folder while loading ProTools and/or a session. These files have a 'tfx' extension. Some of the files' names : 'BFD F66601166fatc.tfx', 'DIGImodismsdFact.tfx', etc. What are they ???
