Default Pro Tools 7.4 and Windows Vista

Hi. As I was reading the software compatibilities for Pro Tools 7.4 I was amazed to find out it only works for Vista Business but not for home edition. Anyone knows if it's possible to make it work in Vista Home Premium???

It says it's for the Business and Ultimate versions, but it might work on Premium, considering that Ultimate has everything in it.

Has anyone tried installing and running 7.4 in Vista home premium? I need to know if there is any chance of success before I try it, and I need to get ready to sleep on the couch for a long time if I have to upgrade to Vista Ultimate ($168)... I'm really shocked to see that vista home premium is in the "not tested" catagory....

Yes, PTLE7.4 does work on vista home premium, the laptop i purchased a few months back came with it so I decided to test. Just make sure you shutdown all the windows bloat ware, it'll get you more power to add plugs etc.... It runs fine on my core 2 duo setup with home premium, so i don't see why it wouldn't on your setup. later

So far I think everbody running PT 7.4 on Vista HAS been running on Vista Home Premium. I haven't read of anyone actually installing it on Buisness or Ultimate yet, Go figure.
