Digi 003 via Thunderbolt on latest iMac

Before buying this iMac, I'd like to know if the 003 plays nice via the firewire to thunderbolt adaptors. Does anyone have this successfully and reliably working (or not)? Thanks.

As far as I know, it works fine with pretty much all firewire interfaces.

The only ones that have had any issues are firewire interfaces that actually receive their power through firewire, but those have had issues previously anyway.

Thanks very much for replying, nst7. My feeling is it should be fine, I've done this with hard drives and an RME Fireface, no trouble. But it could be an expensive mistake which is why I'm hoping people who have first-hand experience with this set up could chime in...
