How many instances of Kontakt can you run in the new pro tools HD 11?

How many instances of kontakt can you run in pro tools HD 11 with a buffer size of 64 before it encounters issues? and how much ram can I use because I have 64gb of ram and I need to use it all

Fairly difficult to say at this point, as nobody except beta testers have PT11HD, and I doubt they're concentrating on Kontakt instances.

And it won't make any difference whether it's HD11 or regular 11 in terms of how many instances.

The new processing features that gives improved VI performance is exactly the same in both versions.

Thank you ejwells, but that is what everybody and there siblings want to do it. I hope that it gets worked on, 32 intances is all i need it doesnt have to be Kontakt, would be a great.

I am guessing NI does not have Kontakt 64bit aax for anyone to test with. The question is also impossible to answer due to far to many computer configs and variables.
