I was getting this message and thinking it was because I cloned my HD, I downloaded 7.4, uninstalled the existing version, plugs, documentation, everything and did a fresh install. After rebooting, I got the same message as before the re-install:

Pro Toos Application has stopped working

A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available

I don't know what to do at this point. I get no error code to report. Does this sound like something anybody else has encountered? Any suggestions?
