Transport buttons next and prev not working

Hello
I recently bought an Artist Mix and when I press the transport buttons Prev and Next, nothing happens. I have the shift lights on and several Markers in the session. All the other transport functions are working.

Any thoughts?

Hey Artur,

I'm confused. I think the Artist Mix does not have a Transport section. Are you talking about the Artist Mix surface with 8 faders, or are you talking about the Artist Transport with one big knob and no faders?

I can confirm this. I just tried it. I'm on Nuendo with a couple of Mix's, a Transport and an MC Control. When I selected a locate point on the transport, the song jumped to that location. When I selected previous or next from my QWERTY keyboard (which is command "shift + N" for next or "shift + B" for previous), it also worked. But when I selected "shift + previous or next" on the Artist Mix NOTHING HAPPENED. All of the other transport commands (RTZ, REW, FF, Stop, Play & Rec) all work as expected.

Why aren't these 2 particular controls working?

Really... you sure about that? Take another look under the "Solo", and "On" buttons for the last four channels of the "Mix" They're small "Shift +" functions, but they're there.

Also, the "Next", and "Prev" work for EuControl ver.3.3.1, along with the built-in "Faders-Off" command that used to be hard wired to the "Shift" + "Solo" buttons on channel 1 of the "Mix, and or "Control".

Ha...so they are. I've never used them in 10 years ! (probably as I have had either a Control, Transport or Dock next to it) Faders off was removed because people were always hitting it. I'm investigating the Softkey for that in another thread.

Theres a EUCON Softkey command for this now if you use PT. We are still looking at a way to do this for other DAW's

I have a bug logged for this and it should be easy to fix for the next release.
