Footswitch for talkback

Hello, What kind of foot switch should I buy for use with the ICON? I only read SPST but there are two kinds, normally open or normally closed. Does the ICON auto detect? Just don't want to waste my money by purchasing two foot switches.

You'll need a momentary contact footswitch. In the console operations menu, you'll find a selection that will allow you to select always open or always closed. You can also assign the footswitch to function as play/start.
