Mix window not following C24 banking

And yes, I DO have "Mix window follows bank selection" checked in prefs. It's not that the mix window doesn't follow at all, it's just that it cuts off 4 or 5 tracks from view. i.e. If I bank the C24 all the way to the right of the mixer, the c24 shows me the last track in my session on the furthest right fader. However, in PT, the mix window is only showing me about the 4th or 5th to last track in the session at the far right of the window. If I then "nudge" on the C24 I can get the remaining few faders to show on the mix window, but then I end up with empty channels on the C24. It's as if the C24 and the PT mix window are just askew. . . .
Not sure if I changed some other preference somewhere along the line or what happened, but fairly sure it hasn't always behaved this way. . . .
