EuCon v3.7 Not starting on boot Windows 10.

Previously EuCon has always auto started at boot. McClient appears to load, however I have to manually run EuControl ,( happened with both 3.7 releases). Is this intended? I uninstall and reinstall when upgrading. Am I doing something wrong?
