Disable Midi Driver Windows XP

Hello,

I know my config is (very) old, please don't laugh !

I have a midi confilct between my DIGI 002 RACK and a M-AUDIO midisport 8x8.
I would like to disable the DIGI midi driver under Windows XP2 but it seems to have only one driver for audio+midi in the control panel... Anyone have a solution ?
