Avid Application Manager Shows No Products Owned (incorrect)

Avid application manager shows that I don't own any products, which is incorrect. It won't sync with my account to show my products. However, when I log into my account I see everything.

I am not sure what version of the application manager is running, but I updated to the latest version - pulling the latest update today. However the problem has been going on for weeks, and for the last 2 versions.

System:
iMac
OSX Yosemite 10.10.5
3.5 GHz intel core i7
32GB 1600 DDR3

Pro Tools 12.4.0.294
