Tracks Auto Record-Arming and Weird Vertical Auto-Scrolling

Hi all,

I'm running PT 2018.12 on my MacBook with High Sierra (10.13.6) and a Clarett 2Pre. I've recently been having annoying, workflow hindering glitches involving two different things (not sure whether they're related to each other).

First, MIDI and Instrument tracks are automatically record-arming when I select them, which is mostly annoying, but has also caused some issues with accidental MIDI recordings.

Second, I've been having some weird problems with vertical scrolling when selecting tracks, usually at the top of the edit window, which makes the selected track scroll down to the bottom of the window. This one is mainly just annoying, but it is VERY annoying and slowing workflow.

I've looked for any settings or preferences that may fix this, but I can't find anything that would cause these things to happen.

Any ideas of what's going on? Are they bugs or some setting/preference that I'm not seeing?

You may have a sticking keyboard key?

I wish that was the problem, but these particular issues in PT are all I've experienced. I haven't had problems with any other programs or DAW's, so I don't think that's it.
