Studio Wiring and talkback with Digi 001
Hello everyone. I need some feedback on studio wiring and talkback/listenback function with digi 001.
I live in an apartment and will have my "control room" separate from where I will record drums, vocs, acoustic, etc. Any thoughts, opinions, experiences on wiring with the digi 001 as well how to have a talkback function with headphones. Thanks in advance. |

Re: Studio Wiring and talkback with Digi 001
I guess they're not many people wiring the 001 or recording in separate rooms.

Re: Studio Wiring and talkback with Digi 001
The best thing to do for something like that is to just use a cheap mic, like an sm57, going from an external mixer and mute the channel when not in use. You can buy or make a talk back box, but it would still be routed through a mixer.
