A little behind the curve but...PT 7.4 OS 10.4.11 ??'s

I still am waiting for the dust to clear before going to 8 and use Logic as a front end for MIDI heavy stuff. MY Protools has had an issue in the beachball hanging on Quitting the program. any thoughts to the culprit?? My setup is below. Thanks!

Hi,

I had the same set up and got ready to move to 8 few months back, so i went leopard and 7.4.2. Did not buy 8 at the end because of the problems/look/and mainly the edit window issue for me.
7.4.2 is very good and will get you ready for the switch when you make it. BTW i'm on a PPC and it's running very well.

Have you tried trashing prefs or any of the other steps in the General Troubleshooting thread?
