AJA Gen 10, IO XT, and sync hd

Can't seem to get this to lock. What am I doing wrong?

Sync HD loop sync in/out ----- 192 loop sync in/out
Sync HD video out terminated
Sync HD host serial ----- HD native card

Aja Gen10 Out 1----- Sync HD video in
Aja Gen10 Out 2----- LTC/Ref

As TVPostSound said....

Also, your session is set to 23.976 FPS. You need to select a tri-level sync source option from the session setup drop-down menu. Also you need to ensure your Gen10 to exactly the same format of video reference via the dip switches on the base of the unit.

Where is the tri-level sync source option? Not seeing that in the session setup.

That may be the missing link, as the sync HD timecode is still stuck at 00:00:00:00

Only the 1st dip switch on the Gen10 is engaged, set to HD.

Look at pages 8 & 9 for setting the dip switches to match your video format.

So I changed one of the switches to match the 1080p/23.98

(0 1 0 )

Still nothing!
