Have a license for HD 7.2 - Where do I download?

I have an iLok license for HD 7.2. Is the software available for download if the previous owner of the core card did not do a transfer of ownership? Thanks

This is the Web backup Installers Link if you do a search at Avid/Support but it wont respond back...
You should ask for the Media(physical or not) of the 7.2 Installer from the seller
