Default Anybody heard of a tube mic called "Protube"?

I bought this mic some years ago. Its a blue large diaphragm with three polar patterns. A little bit noisy, but very sweet sounding.

Actually I was told when I bought it that it was designed by ex. Neumann people. It even has a little square logo that is exactly like the Neumann logo only it says "Protube".

I cant find any info on it anywhere. I’m curious if its a copy of some other (Neumann) mic, and where it comes from.
