Renewal question

I just renewed my support contract on multiple systems since they were expiring. Am I supposed to receive new ilok licenses?? I don't see an new licenses and everything works just the same with my old technically "expired" licenses...

Or is the plan to issue new licenses at the point the NEXT version is released...?

Earlier I read somewhere in a post that Avid had told them that would take place when our expiration date rolled over. For instance if your expiration date is March 31st, 2016 on April 1st, 2016 we are supposed to have the updated license deposited in our ilok account for the new support contract which will let us also keep downloading new updates. Don't quote me because this is all from memory but our perpetual license may stay the same. Everyone is holding their breath until tomorrow to see what happens.
