Can't "Save As" Mac/PC compatibility session

Can\'t \"Save As\" Mac/PC compatibility session

Here's the problem. When we open a session that has been saved with "Mac/PC compatibility" we can't seem to "Save As" once the session has been modified. I need away around this or away to fix this.
