no audio or meters showing on playback

no audio or meters showing on playback.

This is the first time I have ever had trouble after a instal.
I have no meters showing anything at all no audio nothing.
Did I screw up the install.
Also this is the first time since PT 8or9 that I have seen drivers included separately with the install.

Any help would be great
