Default Pro Tools 8 upgrade query

Hi,
I would like to know if there is any difference between the downloadable and the shippable upgrades for Pro Tools 8 from the online Digi Store? I realise that the shippable version will come with hard copy media, but does it contain the same content as the downloadable version? Will I miss out on any 'bonus' stuff like loops etc if I get the downloadable version?
thanks!

The retail package includes a disk full of loops that I suspect does NOT come with the download(or if it does, it will take hours to DL). Since the price is exactly the same, I would opt for the retail package. Otherwise I'm pretty sure they Pro Tools part of it is the same. Personally, I think the dl version should be cheaper.

The downloadable and shippable versions are exactly the same as far as content goes.

Hi all,
I have now bought the upgrade (downloadable version). It did come with a heap of loops (total of approx 11GB download!) However, I can't find the Filtered Dream demo session - the Upgrade Guide PDF states that it is on the install disks as an optional install. I can't see it - can anyone tell me where I can find it, if I can download it etc?
thanks!
Jonno
