Default Importing audio from movie

Hi, I have a m-box 2 with Pro Tools 6.8.1, I'm trying to use the function "import audio from other movie" on an avi file, but it doesn't work, it keeps coming up with the error "Could not complete your request because access violation occurred". Any ideas?

Also, I remember when I first got my m-box (not long ago) it said it would be upgraded to LE 7 for free when that came out, but i've trawled the digidesign page now and can't find anything that'll help me. le 7 has been released, right?

thanks - ed
