Default Why do we have to ASK support to get our invoices?

Why doesn't Avid have invoices available for download? Why do we have to REQUEST these invoices which can take weeks to get? I know of NO OTHER business where you have to request your invoices.

Yes I get that "Your Annual Avid Subscription payment has been processed.
From the entire team at Avid, thank you and may the next award be yours."

But where's the invoice? It's not attached to the email! I can claim the tax back but I NEED the invoice!!!

There's not even an option to see your invoices in My Account.

Please Avid, fix this! It's 2017!

Pinky got back to me with the invoices and I thanked her.

Unfortunately Avid hasn't been able to figure out a system that invoices are available without asking for them. This creates a process that the customer has to seek invoices for which Avid staff have to respond to. Not really a good strategy. Invoice's should be generated automatically and sent with the Payment success email. If not, they should be available in one's My Account when logging into Avid....

This problem has got to be costing them a fortune so I can't imagine fixing it isn't one of their highest priorities.

She was able to send a years worth of invoices in one email in under an hour. They were already done and just needed to be emailed. Why can't these be emailed when the payment is done automatically? Every other vendor I know of does this.

The last time it took a couple of days. Getting them under an hour is not the norm. You have to create a 'case' file to get them. That's not efficient for customers nor is it efficient for staff.

Not all customers care about their invoices but there are companies like mine that do, that need them and want them. Its proper business in the end.
