Subscription Renewal issue [RESOLVED]
Hi all!
I've just purchased an Annual Plug-ins and Support Plan for Pro Tools via Sweetwater. I renewed my Pro Tools subscription a few days ago and didn't realise the plugins weren't included. So I added this on. I've only bought it because I'm using "Space" in a session for a client and I quite like the plugin. I've activated it all and it's worked fine on my avid account. I try and open the session and am told my "Subscription License Has Expired" - (Space). it scans my iLok after a few screens and tells me I have no license and gives me the option to quit the plugin. I've just tried opening a session and using one of the other bundled plugins "Green JRC Overdrive" and that works absolutely fine. As you can see in the screenshots, everything is current at Avids end, but on my iLok it says my Pro Tools plan is expired. I believe this is causing the issue. [UPDATE]
I unplugged my iLok, restarted etc etc etc. Open Pro Tools and this time it said it needed authorising and actually found the license and authorised it. So a possible solution is to remove the iLok/restart. Alternatively it may have just taken 3 or 4 hours to process and drop in my iLok account. -Chris |
