Confused
I renewed yesterday both the Upgrade Plan and the Support Plan. First strange thing, the Upgrade Plan was marked as expired even though it was active in the morning and due to expire today. Anyway, bought both of them in a single transaction and, like some others I got the strange expiration dates; the Support Plan expires in April 2017 both the Upgrade Plan expires on Dec 22nd 2016. Probably a glitch due to the fact that I bought into the plan on Dec 23rd 2014, but it should still go to March 31st.
I wrote customer support about the dates and finished with a side note about Eleven not being there even though I am eligible. The reply from CS just mentioned that Eleven would come soon, but no mention of the dates and CS closed the ticket. I replied to say that my main problem was the dates being wrong and that this wasn't mentioned at all. No reply yet but there was a total refund of my CC, followed by a bill for only one of the plans, though after spending time on the phone with my CC company, we don't know which one, as I haven't received a new invoice. Soooo, what's going on? I just want both plans to last a year, I paid for both yesterday, never requested a refund but got one? |
