It is not a new iLok2, it was registered to a user in 2013.

If this was purchased from an Avid Reseller please let us know which one and we can try and assist. If purchased from a private party you'll need to contact them to resolve this.

They aren't listed as an Avid Reseller and I don't see Pro Tools on their website, but started a support case to get more info/invoice to see if we can assist or not. Please watch for a case update email.

Hi, I am actually having this same issue as well. I have possession of my ilok with my licenses, when I tried to add a plug-in to my ilok, it said it's registered to another user. Help!

Hey I am Having the same Problem it says I have two users for 2 of the products I own but every time I go to try and get info it just sends me the info for my first account so when I go to click on protools it says that the ilok is not active on my account can you send me the same link as well to fix this two users problem

Hey, I just bought a new iLok 2 for my pro tools subscription and it says that it is registered to another user. I see that there is a solution but can't see it on the page. Can someone help me

I found an iLok2 in the account using your email address from this forum, but it doesn't show any Avid licenses.

Please click Contact Support at http://www.avid.com/learn-and-suppor...-music-support to start a case with your new iLok's Serial Number and include any other related account info. Thanks!
