Default Amplitube in PT question

Hi,

In PT, I rec enable the audio track. I can monitor AmpliTube 2 while straight performing or when recording the instrument. But, for practice, I'd like play along with toontrack. When I press play, I can no longer monitor amplitube.

For those who don't want to research what alt + k does, it is the hotkey to toggle between Auto-input Monitoring mode and Input-only Monitoring mode.

In auto input mode, you hear what is already recorded on the track until you are actually recording, then you hear the input.

In input only mode, you hear only the input while the track is record armed.

you can also use an aux track instead of an audio track for practicing as aux tracks are always "on".
