No PayPal option for upgrade plan and purchase fails with prepaid visa card

I want to by the Pro Tools Annual Upgrade Plan but there is no way to use paypal, but paypal is listed as an option... !
No response from contact form, any idea ?

I have the same problem. The help say :
Want to update payment info? You can go to the product subscription page and update the payment method information.

I search without success.

I tried to buy the Pro Tools Annual Upgrade Plan, and it does not have a option to pay with paypal and it is not working with a prepaid visa card (not my, dif name, maybe because of that ? )
and I got this :Error: 800.300.401 !
No answer from the support side.
I'm a bit, I like to buy, but I can't ...

Any help ?

You could buy the upgrade at a reseller who accepts Paypal.

for me, with mastercard option, it's OK yet.

i'm suprised with the paypal not in the choices when i try to buy my upgrade.

Yet, it's resolved with this choice.

I'm in contact with a local reseller, but they can't give me that price... all the resellers here have it for 105€ except 89€ on the avid store ...

I had the same problem with prepaid card, it is weird because mine was maestro and when i change it to visa (still prepaid) it worked just fine. I used it for paypal casino to deposit and it was totally fine. do you have any 3d secure authentication on your card?
