Default Pro Tools 6.4cs5 Updates

Pro Tools 6.4cs5 is now available for download from the CS Index page:

http://www.digidesign.com/download/cs/

Pro Tools CS fixes are linked at the top of the Support->Downloads section under Featured Downloads
These updates are recommended for all Pro Tools 6.4 TDM and LE users.
In addition to all previous fixes from 6.4cs1 through cs4, these 6.4cs5 releases add these fixes:

Pro Tools TDM & LE 6.4cs5 for Windows XP contain the following:

Deleting A Selection On A Track Could Cause Other Regions To Be Deleted (Item #41391, 48214)
  • A session could get into a state where deleting a portion of a track could result in multiple regions being deleted.
Object Selector Could Not Select Regions On Duplicated Tracks (Item #42891)
  • It was not possible to object-select regions after duplicating a track that contained an existing object selection.

Pro Tools TDM & LE 6.4cs5 for Mac OS X contain the following:

Playing a Session or Auditioning a File Could Result in a DAE –9035 Error:
A DAE –9035 Error could result when playing a session or auditioning a file, and one of the following occurred:
  • Files, or files in folders named with certain ascii or European characters had been imported/converted, or imported into a session (Item #33211, 40284).
  • The session parent folder name in the Finder was longer than 31 characters (Item #40320).
  • A file with more than 31 characters had been imported without copying or conversion into a session (Item #50332, 48197, 48198).
