Hello Eddie, thank you for your reply. They are custom key strokes assigned to buttons on S1 and the dock. I can see saved key strokes on the setting ,but it won't do anything when I push the button.

Go to System Settings > Privacy and Security > Accessibility
Remove EuControl and MC_Client (highlight and then hit the minus button below the list)
Then hit the plus button and re-add both EuControl and MC_Client (they are both in the Applications folder) and make sure they are switched on. Reboot computer. Check again with your keys.

Known issue with macOS. It shows as if they are authourized to Accessibility but they aren't. Deleting and re-adding fixes that.

tried everything discussed here but still no results… Also using Eucon 2023.11 with ProTools 2023.9… Unfortunately with Sonoma 14… Anyone think that's the big problem?

Hi there - what issues are you having with your setup? Removing both EuControl & MC_Client from System Settings>Privacy & Security>Accessibility (using the minus button at the bottom) then re-adding them manually (using the plus button) is a good first troubleshooting step

If you're still having issues, let us know what they are. We have this all working in our test machine running Sonoma

Seems like I'm experiencing permission problems. When I start Eucon, I see the fully lit control app on my Dock tablet for just a second, and then it goes grey. This suggests that the system is blocking Eucon. I removed and re-enabled Eucon, MC_Client and PT in the security settings but to no avail...also did a full de- and re-install of PT 2023.9.
Running Eucon 2023.11 with Sonoma.
Thanks for any tips - this is getting quite nerve-racking... in the past, Eucon has magically started working after 2-3 re-installs...

Let's see if we can get you up and running - a couple of questions:

What's the status of EUCON in PT (Edit Window>EUCON widget; should be green)
Do you have anything in the Application list in EuControl Settings?

I'm getting constant disconnects again after going to EC23.11 and PT23.9 and current AVID control app (on FireHD10). It was all working fine before the install.
Unfortunately the "hot fix" sticky post has disappeared from this channel. Could you please re-stick Eddie? I want to try and re-apply the fix again and see if that helps. I can't remember what the code was.

Ok, never mind. Found it but it turns out the fix was already in the .plist.
