Now I 'm really confused. The system 5 MC link is now working and isn't forwarded to the S6 anymore.

Now if you go to the MC pro link on that page it shows the message below and forwards you to s6 after 20 seconds:
http://www.avid.com/US/products/MC-Pro

The m5c cannot exist without the pro, so unless they are coming out with a new Pro replacement, we are out of luck

i made the jump to eucon 3.0.1

Everything is perfect on protools 10.3.7. At least a good news !

Are you able to work in both PT 10 and PT 11 without any problem? Does PT 11 recognize all user sets soft keys from PT 10?

I guess you made some tests opening both old PT 10 sessions and also creating new ones?

I did not make a long test on protools 11, but it worked well for the 20 minutes i used it.

In protools 10 everything is smooth. Just created a new session without problem, opened an old one without any too.

I think I will wait another 2 weeks before attempting to install Eucon 3.0.1.
I can't afford to loose a day.

So let me ask the same question again. Does PT 11 recognize all user sets from PT 10?

I asked this question at the AES and the answer was, "It should work". Can anybody from Avid chime in? Did you try it?

I don't mind renaming my user sets to PT11, but I really need to know if I can use my user sets in PT11.

They will not be automatically recognized, but you can copy the PT10 app sets and rename them so that they will work in PT11.
The files need to be renamed to:
Pro Tools 11Mac.xml for Mac
or
Pro Tools 11PC.xml for PC.
The spacing is very important. You must name the files exactly as above!!

There may be some commands that will not work, and any new PT11 commands will not be there (like meter commands).

If you're up for a challenge, you may be able to use an XML editor on the files to customize them further.

Some issue again, i lost one time a day the link with my faders pack.

I will try to erase the mc pro and make a clean install. Who knows
