Default Sale and Software questions

Dear Forum,

I am interested in selling my Digi-Design 003 Rack.

I am going to go with portable DAW configuration, which means I need a small foot print set up.

A quick setup with minimum of number of wires with basic input / output options will be established.

Therefore in preparation for my transition I purchased the M-Box Mini.

I believe this item with respect to footprint size, ease of usage and cost represents the optimum item for a portable Pro-Tools based DAW setup.

Now we shall get to the prevailing goal of this message.

From my previous purchase of The Digi-Design 003 Rack, I acquired the Music
Production Toolkit, Ignition Pack Pro 2 and a Digi-Design Dongle.

The package was an amazing deal.

Now I want to know if I can simply hookup my M-Box mini straight my computer whether (MAC or PC) and begin to use the hardware without suffering from and hardware or software mismatches (there may some messages from the Pro-Tools session since I was previously using this hardware to process my audio tracks).

Now of course this means that I have a software bundle with my brand new M-Box mini that will essentially go unused, since I have already acquired all of my software options from my previous acquisition.

Can I include this unopened software bundle as part of the sale of my Digi-Design 003 Rack?

Hence the sale contents will now be installers for 7.1, 7.3 and the Ignition Pack 2 Pro.

Now based on my speculation will the recipient of these brand new software items (unregistered) and used hardware (which will come a registration transfer) have the luxury of upgrading to version 7.4 free of charge.

In my opinion they should since I am simply giving them the software contents of my M-Box mini?

Thanks Kevin,
